The Kenya Embassy in collaboration with the Galway Education Centre has organized a two (2) week Photographic Exhibition dedicated to the 50^th anniversary of Kenya’s independence. The photos showcase Kenya’s history and the struggle for independence, tourist attractions and diverse culture from the over forty two (42) Kenyan tribes.

The Exhibition was launched on 17^th December, 2013 at the Galway Education Centre, Cluain Mhuire, Well park, Galway by Mrs Immaculate N Wambua, Chargé d’ Affaires of the Embassy of Kenya in Ireland. Present at the event was Mr Frank Fahy, Councillor and Former Deputy Mayor of Galway City Council, Mr Bernard Kirk, Director Galway Education Centre, Irish community and Kenyans living in Galway among others.
